Oversee the full lifecycle management of EPC projects, formulate project implementation plans, resource allocation strategies, and cost control measures to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant delivery in accordance with contractual requirements.
Lead the establishment and coordination of project teams, integrate design, procurement, and construction phases, resolve cross-departmental and cross-partner critical issues, and ensure efficient project advancement.Oversee project quality, safety, and risk management by establishing robust control systems.
Conduct quality inspections and safety audits, promptly identify and mitigate project risks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Contact with clients, supervisors, and stakeholders to manage contracts, progress reporting, and coordination. Foster positive collaborative relationships to ensure smooth project execution, acceptance, and final settlement.
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Chemical Engineering and Technology, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation Engineering, or other related fields in the chemical industry.
Familiar with the core processes of chemical plants, understand the working principles, selection criteria, and construction and installation procedures of common equipment, and be proficient in relevant regulations of the chemical industry.
Over 10 years of project management experience in the chemical industry, including at least 5 years of experience as an independent project leader for chemical plants.
Familiar with the operation process of EPC mode projects (such as integrated management of design, procurement, and construction).
Proficient in using project management tools and office software, capable of independently compiling project plans, progress reports, and cost analysis tables; understand the production and manufacturing process of chemical equipment and be able to identify technical risks in production.
Possess a global perspective, able to reasonably break down project tasks, allocate resources, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure the project progresses as planned.
Be able to adapt to the complexity and uncertainty of projects (such as technical changes, supply fluctuations), and quickly formulate solutions under pressure. Be willing to be stationed at project sites for long periods (such as construction sites in chemical industrial parks), and be able to adapt to phased overtime (such as during the critical period of commissioning).
Possess good written expression skills, capable of independently writing formal documents such as project feasibility reports, acceptance reports, and emergency plans. Possess good English communication skills.
