CEGT（shanghai）technology CO.,LTD has jointly developed a series of new technologies for the comprehensive utilization of resources with its partners in the fields of purification, liquefaction and separation of complex gases, including natural gas liquefaction, separation of chemical tail gas, liquefaction and separation of gas and liquid in coal gas, liquefaction and separation of syngas, purification and separation of hydrocarbons, and separation of VOCs. Meanwhile, CEGT has conducted in-depth technical research on deep cooling technology separation techniques using overseas technical teams/technical teams from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.The deep cooling separation technology compresses and pressures the raw gas, and then when the high-pressure raw gas enters the purification process, dehydration and decarbonization separation are carried out, followed by pre-cooling and heat exchange treatment. The treated gas undergoes expansion refrigeration, and when the expanded low-temperature gas is subjected to cold box for distillation separation (in the form of condensation and evaporation), it finally reaches the desired liquefied product.
