Collect feedback from overseas markets, promptly feed back to the company's R&D, production, and product departments, and provide a basis for product iteration and strategy adjustment.
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Chemical Process Machinery, etc.
At least 5 years of overseas sales experience in the chemical industry, including at least 2 years of overseas sales experience in chemical equipment or related fields (such as chemical engineering, equipment support) and sales management experience. Have successful cases of developing overseas major customers or closing large orders. Be familiar with the market characteristics of key overseas markets.
Excellent foreign language skills: English can be the working language (fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to negotiate independently with overseas customers and write English contracts). Those who have mastered a second foreign language (such as German, Spanish, Arabic) are preferred; Proficient in using office software for sales data statistics and solution creation, familiar with the exhibition participation process of international events.
Possess sharp market insight, be able to identify overseas market opportunities, actively develop potential customers, possess the ability to handle complex business negotiations, and be able to promote the conversion of customer needs and the achievement of orders.
Be able to convert the technical characteristics of chemical equipment into value points that customers can understand, provide professional product solutions for customers, coordinate internal technical resources to solve customer technical questions, and build customer trust.
Be able to effectively coordinate internal departments such as production, technology, and logistics, as well as external agents, logistics providers, customs clearance agencies, etc., to promote the sales process and order execution, and solve cross-section problems.
Possess awareness and prevention consciousness for international trade risks (exchange rate, payment, logistics, policies), and be able to formulate countermeasures; In the face of sudden problems in the sales process (such as customer changes in requirements, logistics delays), be able to respond quickly and formulate feasible solutions;
