Align with the customer's process requirements (such as production capacity targets, raw material characteristics, product indicators) and industry standards, lead the formulation of the overall process system plan for chemical equipment, clearly define the core process routes, equipment selection directions, and system boundary conditions.
Complete the process system flow design, draw the process flow diagram (PFD), label the material balance and energy balance data, determine the key process parameters, and provide process basis for subsequent equipment design and pipeline layout.
Be responsible for the detailed design of the chemical process system, including the drawing of pipeline and instrument flow diagrams (P&ID), clearly define the specifications, models, installation locations, and interlock logic of equipment, pipelines, valves, and instruments.
Be responsible for the integration design of the process system, coordinate equipment, pipelines, automation control, etc., solve system interface issues, ensure smooth connection of each unit of the process system, and meet the requirements of continuous and stable operation.
Complete the relevant calculations of the process system, such as pipeline hydraulic calculation, heat exchanger heat transfer calculation, pressure vessel process parameter calculation, output calculation books and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
For the performance bottlenecks of the existing chemical equipment process system (such as excessive energy consumption, low product yield, poor operational stability), conduct process optimization analysis, propose improvement plans, verify the optimization effect through process simulation software, and reduce operating costs or improve production efficiency.
Track new processes and technologies in the chemical industry (such as new catalytic reaction technologies, efficient separation technologies, low-carbon and energy-saving processes), evaluate their feasibility of application in existing or new project process systems, and promote technological iteration.
Provide process technical support for project construction and commissioning stages: participate in the quality inspection of the process system installation on the construction site (such as whether the pipeline connection method and instrument installation location comply with the design), prepare commissioning plans, guide on-site operators to familiarize themselves with the process system operation, and solve process problems during the commissioning process.
Master's degree or above, majoring in Chemical Engineering and Technology, Applied Chemistry, Petrochemical Technology, etc. related to chemical engineering.
8 years of experience in chemical equipment or petrochemical industry process system design, participating in the process system design of 3 or more complete chemical equipment projects (such as reaction devices, separation devices, heat exchange systems), with experience in the entire process from "scheme design - detailed design - trial production and commissioning “
Proficient in using process design and simulation software, drawing PFD and P&ID diagrams, using process simulation software for material balance, energy balance and process optimization simulation; understanding the working principles and selection basis of equipment in chemical process systems.
Possess independently complete the process system scheme design, process drawing and key process calculation (such as pipeline hydraulic calculation, heat exchanger heat transfer calculation), ensuring that the design scheme is technically feasible and economically reasonable.
Possess effectively communicate with equipment, pipeline, automation control and other specialties, clearly convey process requirements, coordinate and solve design contradictions among specialties, and promote the overall design progress of the project.
Can independently prepare standardized and complete process technical documents (calculation books, instructions, flowcharts), possess good written and oral expression skills, and be able to clearly explain the process design ideas and technical requirements.
Possess strong learning ability, able to quickly master new processes, new technologies and new standards in the chemical industry, and adapt to the requirements of industry technological iteration.
