Based on the production process requirements and project indicators of chemical equipment, we are in charge of formulating a complete set of electrical solutions for high, medium and low voltage power supply and distribution systems, automation control systems, lighting systems, lightning protection and grounding systems, as well as electric heating systems.

Responsible for drawing all the electrical technical drawings, including electrical schematic diagrams, explosion hazard area division diagrams, electrical equipment layout diagrams, cable tray layout diagrams, wiring diagrams, etc., and compiling electrical equipment technical specifications, data sheets and equipment lists.We are responsible for the integrated design of the automation control system of chemical equipment.

Leading PLC programming, touch screen configuration and frequency converter debugging, to achieve precise control and automatic linkage of equipment operation parameters.

Interface with the DCS control system, complete the sorting of I/O lists, design interlock logic and optimize the monitoring interface, ensuring the coordinated operation of the electrical system with instruments, process systems, and improving the production efficiency and operational safety of the equipment.

Participate in HAZOP risk analysis, identify potential safety hazards in the electrical system and formulate corrective measures to ensure that the operation process complies with safety and environmental protection requirements.

Collaborate deeply with process, piping, equipment, civil engineering, instrumentation and other specialties, coordinating and resolving the electrical technical connection issues at each stage of the project, ensuring the continuity of project construction and production operation.

Master's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Electrical System Automation, Industrial Automation, etc.

At least 8 years of experience in electrical design, commissioning and maintenance in the chemical equipment industry.

Proficient in using electrical drawing software, proficient in mainstream brand PLC programming and configuration software.

Capable of independently completing electrical system design, equipment selection, fault diagnosis and system optimization, with the ability to quickly solve complex electrical problems in high-voltage environments.

Proficient in electrical design standards, safety standards and explosion-proof requirements in the chemical industry, ensuring full compliance throughout the project.

Strong cross-departmental communication and resource coordination skills, capable of effectively promoting the implementation of multi-disciplinary collaborative projects.

Good English reading and writing skills, able to proficiently read English technical materials; possess English speaking and communication skills.
