Lead the mechanical structure design of highly complex chemical equipment, focusing on the refined design of core components, and using professional software to complete the analysis of structural strength, stiffness, fatigue life, and motion simulation based on the characteristics of chemical processes.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including chemical process, equipment materials, and production manufacturing, participate in the technical scheme review of the project, provide mechanical design professional opinions, and promote the resolution of issues in the "design - process - production" connection.
Take the lead in establishing a standardized system for mechanical design of chemical equipment, formulate general design specifications, selection manuals, and design templates for core components (such as flanges, seals, bearing housings), unify design parameters, reduce repetitive design, and improve design efficiency and consistency.
Review the complete set of mechanical design documents for chemical equipment, including detailed assembly drawings, component drawings, BOM lists, design calculation documents, and processing process requirements, to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of the documents.
Participate in chemical equipment research and development projects, provide technical input from the mechanical design perspective, such as the manufacturability analysis of prototype structure, the design of test fixtures, track the trial production process of prototypes, and solve design problems in processing and assembly.
Provide continuous technical support for mass production equipment, analyze mechanical design-related quality issues in the production process (such as batch failure of components, low assembly efficiency), output technical improvement plans (such as optimizing component structures, adjusting tolerance ranges); connect with suppliers, review the technical plans and quality standards of key components (such as special pumps, valves, precision transmission parts), and ensure the design compliance of the supply chain end.
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design of chemical equipment or petrochemical equipment.
Proficient in using design and analysis software, capable of independently completing the design and simulation analysis of highly complex equipmentMastering common manufacturing processes for chemical equipment (welding, forging, heat treatment, precision machining, etc.).
Capable of independently completing the mechanical design of highly complex and extreme-condition chemical equipment, with the ability to solve major technical problems.
Familiar with national/industry standards related to chemical equipment and safety, environmental protection regulations, and the ability to accurately integrate standard requirements into the design to ensure compliance.
Possessing good cross-disciplinary communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating resources from multiple parties to advance work.
Continuously keeping up with new technologies in mechanical design, able to apply new technologies to chemical equipment design, promoting technological innovation;
Quickly learning the new processes and conditions in the chemical industry for the needs of mechanical design, adapting to industry development.
Possessing good English reading and writing skills, able to proficiently read English technical literature; having English oral communication skills.
