Based on the requirements of chemical engineering processes and market feedback, a research and development plan for new chemical equipment was initiated, with the leading role in conceptual design and scheme verification.

Proficiently using design software, the system and structure design, calculations, and verifications for the equipment were completed. Special attention was given to enhancing explosion-proof and leak-proof designs for high-risk medium operating conditions to ensure the safety and feasibility of the design.

Plan detailed research and development plan was formulated and implemented, with tracking of the processing and manufacturing process of the prototype. Targeted structural improvements, material upgrades, or automation adaptation optimizations were carried out to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.

The compliance transformation of research and development achievements was promoted, technical patents were applied for, and the "production standardization" work of equipment products was participated in to ensure that the developed equipment could be mass-produced and meet market entry requirements.

Market feedback of mass-produced chemical equipment was tracked, and equipment iterative research and development was carried out in combination with new industry technologies to continuously enhance equipment competitiveness.

Attention was paid to the update of chemical industry standards, and the requirements of the standards were integrated into the research work to ensure that the developed products would remain compliant for a long time.

Master's degree or above, majoring in Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing and Automation, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technology, etc.

At least 8 years of research and development experience in the field of chemical equipment or petrochemical equipment manufacturing.

Proficient in using research and design and analysis software, able to independently complete equipment design calculation documents and simulation reports, and master common testing methods for chemical equipment.

Be able to propose innovative solutions to specific problems in the research and development of chemical equipment.

Be familiar with safety, environmental protection, and quality standards related to chemical equipment, and be able to integrate standard requirements into the design process.

Have the ability to design scientific prototype test plans and accurately collect experimental data, and be able to identify the root cause of problems through data analysis (such as comparing design values with measured values), and iteratively optimize technical solutions.

Be able to effectively communicate with production, market, and quality departments, clearly convey the technical requirements of research and development, coordinate resources to advance research projects, and ensure smooth connection between research and production, as well as market demands.

Possess a strong sense of innovation and learning ability, pay attention to new technologies in the field of chemical equipment, and be able to quickly apply new technologies to research and development work.

Possess good English reading and writing skills, and be able to proficiently read English technical literature materials.
