Responsible for the daily operation monitoring of the quality system, organizing internal audits, management reviews, and external third-party certifications, tracking the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), identifying system deviations and improvement opportunities, and ensuring the continuous compliance of the system.
Lead the quality system construction throughout the entire process of chemical equipment manufacturing, strictly following international standards such as ISO 9001 and industry norms such as GB 150 "Pressure Vessels" and ASME BPVC, compiling quality manuals, inspection procedures, and SOPs, ensuring that the system covers the entire chain from design, procurement, production, testing, and delivery.
Participate in the supplier qualification review and annual quality assessment, review the production qualifications, quality system, and testing capabilities of suppliers, propose rectification requirements for suppliers with quality issues and track their implementation, optimize the quality level of the supply chain.
Lead the investigation and handling of quality abnormal events, conduct root cause analysis of non-conforming products, customer complaints, and on-site faults during the production process, formulate corrective measures and track the verification of their effects, reduce the incidence of repetitive problems.
Conduct internal quality training, covering inspection standards, testing methods, and system requirements, to enhance the quality awareness and operational capabilities of production and inspection personnel.- Establish and maintain quality archives, including inspection records, non-conforming product reports, equipment calibration records, etc., to ensure the completeness of quality traceability.
Collect industry quality technology trends, promote the innovative application of quality tools and methods.
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, etc.
At least 5 years of QA experience in the chemical equipment or petrochemical equipment manufacturing industry. Those with experience in quality control of core equipment of chemical plants or leading quality for large-scale projects are preferred.
Proficient in ISO 9001 quality system and industry standards related to chemical equipment (such as GB 150, ASME), familiar with the quality system audit process and CAPA management, and having experience in internal audits or external audits is preferred.
Capable of independently completing electrical system design, equipment selection, fault diagnosis, and system optimization. Possess the ability to quickly solve complex electrical problems in high-pressure environments.
Master the five quality tools (APQP/FMEA/SPC/MSA/PPAP) and SPC data analysis methods; possess the ability to conduct quality statistical analysis and prepare reports.
Possess strong root cause analysis skills, able to independently lead the investigation and rectification of complex quality issues, and drive cross-departmental collaboration to solve quality bottlenecks.
Possess excellent cross-departmental and cross-level communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating resources from production, technology, procurement, and customers, and promoting the implementation of quality work.
Possess a high sense of responsibility and principle, strong ability to withstand pressure, and continuous learning ability.
Possess good English reading and writing skills, able to proficiently read English technical materials.
